A message to "Help Desk" participants

I have been doing help desk requests yesterday and today. If you have submitted a problem within the last 2 weeks, give the problem sponsor a week to resolve the issue. If you have not heard from them within that time, there is nothing more I can do.

90% of Help Desk complaints get resolved. But there are about 10% that never answer me.
