CCBill Programs

I have a couple of CCBill programs that either have closed or I dont push at all, and was wondering if there was way to remove them from my CCBill account.

I think you need to contact them and request it.

I made that request to ccbill once and they said no.

So, basically if you sign up youre stuck with it, even if they close etc? Hmm that sucks.

I've still got some old 4 digit accounts at ccBill.

I think one of them was Lightspeed.

yea I called ccbill real quick and they remove them for you. really should be something you should be able to do.

We cannot delete accounts but we can remove them from your main account so you won't see them anymore. Shoot us an email and we can take care of it: clientsupport@ccbill.com

Great to know! I have some old accounts that the program is not around anymore too.
