sponsor text on photos

I'm new to this, but I've had my first 3 freesites accepted at the majority of the sites I've submitted to.
I noticed that on the submission page at http://www.adult-sex-sites.net, there's a warning against having pictures with text on them. I haven't had a problem with most other lists, but I'm wondering if this is why I haven't been listed on Adult Sex Sites.

Do they mean that no text at all is allowed?
I've been using Fetish Hits for most of my content, but it seems like almost all their free content has small text on the bottom of the pictures.

After looking at their rules, I'd just move on myself. There are plenty of linklists that allow sponsor content with small text on the pics or vids.

If they are talking about the full size photos I would move on. If this rule includes the thumbnails you could crop them out while your cropping anyways.

...Excuse my laziness I didn't look at the gallery or the rules.
