The dumbest question. Ever!

Hi,
I know that blogs are very popular now, even though I never really got into them.
I understand that people are writing a little notes and kind of articles with pictures and reply to them. I thought that mostly it was for people who like to use the Internet as a social "entertainment", and thought that people who are looking for an adult sites spend so much time in front of a computer that they wont read someones notes about it..., apparently it is not the case.
We have pretty unique site PublicBanging.com where we have only a videos shot in a public places, some of them are a world famous landmarks, so, it should be pretty easy to write about it without making up some lame stories. Besides, just shooting this stuff is always an adventure.
So, the question is: should we try to submit our lil stories to an existing blogs, or should we make our own blog, or both?
And what's the easiest ways to do all these things?
Is there a blog submitter program like Chameleon for galleries?
