First freesite and some questions

Hey Guys,

I finally finished my first freesite and would love to hear some comments about it. The page isn't submitted to linklists yet because I don’t like the buttons on the index. I'd prefer simple text links but most linklists on my list, currently about 75 sites, seem to recommend these ugly things...
Anyway I tried a bit of SEO work as well but I wonder if I did it right.

The domain was planned to be for testing only but now I'm thinking about using him for the first 40-50 freesites. That way I could find out what niche fits best for me and could buy a fitting domain then. Ah and in the end another short question. I saw a "Recip Url" line in most of the linklist submitting forms. What exactly am I supposed to fill in there?

P.S - I want to build one freesite and one TGP each day in the near future but I really have no clue where I am supposed to place recips on TGPs
