NATS
Is it just me, or is anyone else having an issue with sponsors that use NATS not answering their support/tickets system?
It's driving me flipping nuts, and when that's the only form of contact for them, it kinda shows me they don't give a shit. Grrrrrrr |

Rule 213-b: Sponsors which only allow you to contact them via a support ticket system are giving you a free clue.

oh, normally I would agree, but I'm talking about some well known & been in the biz a long time sponsors here that have switched to NATS.
I did after searching a bit more find another contact for one of them, and shot off an email. Now it will be interesting if they respond to that. |
