Question TGPX Question...slightly confused

Hi all
Hoping someone can help pls? First tgp build with tgpx. Got the templates working...set limit of 3 galleries per person per day for submissions allowed. Have submitted 3 galleries from different user names, then built the page from new. We have now reached the daily limit of submissions allowed?

Is the submission limit set after build, so that we now have to wait until tommorrow before new submissions are allowed? Hopefully that made sense

cheers

Yes, limit of 3 per person means 3 within a 24 hour period.

Thanks Toby, but could I keep submitting with different user names and email addresses?
Here's the dilemma
I submitted as Bill...3 galleries
I submitted as Ben...3 galleries
I rebuilt the page...they displayed fine I then have been trying to submit as Aunty Flo but keep getting the "you have reached the maximum number of allowed gallery submissions for today" error message. Now to my thinking Aunty Flo should be able to submit 3 galleries regardless of what Bill and Ben have submitted unless: one IP can't submit more than three galleries...but I have already submitted 6 (3 as Ben and 3 as Bill) or for some reason having rebuilt I can't submit until tomorrow? So can anyone else?
Hence confused!

Do you have the setting set to a maximum number of galleries allowed per day in your general settings to something other than unlimited? (-1)

Try setting the submissions per person to -1, do you get the same error?

Did you use the same email for AuntieFlo as you used for either Bill or Bob? (as it can track by email)

Thanks RC

Thanks RC
Have solved the prob by increasing the allowed number of submissions both per person and per day globally. We are also now accepting galleries without recips and will be looking for link exchanges or some hardlinking next

Thankyou for your time

Nick, put up the URL of your TGP, and the submit URL.

You might want to also register with Chameleon Submitter to accept submissions. It is an auto submitter that many use (myself included) that you can have your TGP added with just a recip back to them on the submit page.

Require a text recip from those submitters, put the code you want, and I suggest putting it in a colored box with the color of the text specified. (cause some people are dufus at not setting their link colors on galleries, and your link ends up blending in with the background color) Something like I have here: http://www.freecunnilinguspics.com/linklist/users/

Even if they send you nil traffic back, it is links to your site from a variety of servers that helps with getting linkbacks for search engines.

I also suggest you adopt the rules from Link O Rama, as most of us on this board follow them, they are pretty standard. (you can modify them for galleries) Don't be afraid to accept free sites too, just up your pictures allowed and links allowed per page. (I have mine set I think on max links of 150 so I can take blogs too).

What niches do you accept, or is it a general TGP?

And keep asking lots and lots of questions. I didn't when I first started out, and I wish I'd of found people like Voltar a few years before I did.

On it...thanks

Thankyou RC
I have put the url for VG http://www.vine-garstgp.com and the submit page for VG on tgp discussions

http://www.vine-garstgp.com/bottles/submit.php

Was considering chameleon but concerned that would get booted if didn't get any traffic back to them

Hopefully txt recips you mean something like http://www.vine-garstgp.com/vgrecips.html second part of page

Bit of a mixed bag at the moment on what we accept rather than niche specific...yeah I'm a big one for questions (lol just ask Voltar)...though I will try and work it out first, do appreciate ppl are busy...

thanks again for your time
