Rational minimum for new blog

Question in terms of 'what it need to have' so...

time/posts: some ppl want blogs that are x months old, but if you have new blog (indexed in google) with 15-20 posts this particular rule loose sense...

host: accepting free host or nope?

content: ha, that's a good one
