Good Morning

Missed a couple days around here. Back issue continues but it has lessened. Doctor says I can walk a little now but still wants me on my back as much as possible. Have a couple of light stretches to do every couple of hours. This is my new routine for another week. If I'm good I might be able to get back to more normal stuff. Fingers crossed.

Still mad busy, mostly due to getting sidetracked yesterday on other crap.
