Good Morning

The funk can linger on as I've had a slight one for a week or so as well.

Had a buddy come into town yesterday and we celebrated our birthdays. It was great to see him and a nice break away from that funk. Almost felt normal, whatever the F that is.

Afternoon.

Not funky here. One thing I did recently was I stopped "doom scrolling". I deleted Twitter from my phone and tablet plus I removed CNN and the NYTimes from my home screen. I'm thinking about terrible things a lot less. I'm also feeling better physically -- less ear ringing -- which also helps.

Baseball, Battlebots and yesterday's Ted Lasso. There is a lot of TV watching to be done.
