Yeah, I just had this. I emailed Gina to change my payout to epassporte. I guess what paypal loses, epassporte gains. Just as well really because paypal think all europeans who make 5k+ are laundering money. Hell, who'd launder money through paypal anyway? Cayman Islands and Jersey are much better

All their sites were caught... it was kind of funny, I also emailed them asking to switch my payout info to epassporte and got this:

For me here in Canada Paypal is fantastic. I can use it to buy content and pay my hosting. But now I never get money in there. It's going to epssporte which is accepted about half the places/proccessors out there so not near as good. I am missing Paypal's power, too bad.

Ramster - transfer the money from ePassporte to you bank account & then from your bank account to PayPal - 6-10 day process, but it'd solve your problem with lack of funds on the PayPal card
