ladies and gents , please tell me what should i improve to get higher listings at your great link lists

i m used to mgps where i have partner accounts and post me instanlty, and my experience with free sites ain t the best

i submitted 5 sites till now, i m only beginning to submit them
here are the examples, please say your word ( and post me

) the links are aleatory with different recips
