How long to submitt?

So I am submitting one site a day.

1- Some link lists accept all my submissions.

2- Some link lists accept most of my submissions.

3- Some link list accept enough of my submissions.

4- Some link lists have accepted one of my submissions.

5- Some link list have accepted none of my submissions, but no out right rejection.

6- Some link list have accepted none of my submission and have out right rejected me.

How long do I keep submitting given circumstance #4 and #5

#1,#2,#3,#6 I can work with.

#4 Seems like a game. Give the submitter one accept and the submitter will give you a thirty or forty free recips until he/she gets wise.

#5 Just no news of any kind from these people, do I send them an email and beg for rejection just so I know where I stand?
