correct me if im wrong or right.

basically new 2257 regulations fall upon secondary producers , anyone is considered a secondary producers who hosts thumbnails, banners or full pictures that expose a persons genitals that is hardcore and where this content is hosted needs to keep proper records of the primary producers contact info and model information, not only does the host need to keep the information but also the primary producer needs to list every single url by there affliates or those who perchase content or use it for free from them.

so the big diffrence is the affliates needing to list every single domain of there free content they give out to webmasters and in turn the webmasters need the model ids to store has a record?

and anyone hosting hardcore content is considered a secondary producer of that content?
