Hi,

We have just completed a restructuring of our billing systems to ensure that we deliver to you the very best billing solution possible.

As part of this restructure we have moved our CCBill accounts to CCBill EU.

Due to this restructuring, and unforseen requirements imposed on us by Visa during this process, we are no longer able to accept sales or rebills on our old CCBill US account (account ID 919608).

For those affiliates who are still sending traffic to SapphicCash through CCBill referral links, and those affiliates with active rebilling members directly through CCBill, this means you will no longer see statistics for new sales or rebills in your CCBill affiliate stats, nor will you be paid directly by CCBill for these sales.

We are however still tracking your CCBill affiliate ID on these transactions. For new sales this will continue for 3 months, for rebills this will occur indefinitely.

In order for us to be able to credit you for these sales however, we will require you to have an account in our NATS affiliate system.

If you don't already have a SapphicCash NATS account, you need to go to www.sapphiccash.com and become a part of the Nats Billing System. It's a simple and quick process, just click the Signup link.

Once you have a SapphicCash NATS username, we need you to provide us with this username and your old CCBill affiliate account numbers. Please e-mail this information to affiliates@sappiccash.com. This is required to ensure that all your sales and rebills are credited.

Once we have this information will be crediting these sales and rebills to your SapphicCash NATS account and you will receive payments for these transactions directly from us rather than from CCBill.

It is important you understand that failure to do the above in a timely manner could result in our inability to credit you effectively.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this unexpected and unavoidable circumstance.

As a reminder, traffic sent to SapphicCash through our NATS links is not affected by this change and your stats and payments will operate as normal.
