New link list looking for feedback.

Hey all – I’m breaking into link list ownership and looking for some feedback on my new site. http://www.adult-website-links.com How does the site look to you? Design wise, SE wise, submitter wise, and of course from the surfers eyes? Please let me know what I need to change before the actual launch. I want the site to be successful and I know to be successful I’ll need to network with all of you, so first thing I want is for you to like the site. All advice gratefully appreciated.
