I went here: http://validator.w3.org/ to validate a page and it said "Sorry, I am unable to validate this document because on line 120 it contained one or more bytes that I cannot interpret as utf-8 (in other words, the bytes found are not valid values in the specified Character Encoding". I don't have any Character Encoding specified so how and where do I specify that? Also, how can I find line 120?
