I have a sponsor that uses fake scroll bars and "play" icons and text on their banners. Would these be considered misleading? If so, could I use some text below the banner to make them OK...like "clicking on the banner takes you to...."
Here's some examples: http://www.lusciousdelights.com/bannerstest/bt.htm |

Hello, is this President Clinton? Good! I figured if anyone knew where to get some tang it would be you

I have no problem with it, at least that one clearly looks like a banner

The only problem I could see would be the bottom banner on a page with the same color background.

I think as long as they were positioned in a way that they were obvious banners then shouldnt be an issue
