any Advise on moving hosts

ok i just set up a account with phat servers to move my 3 traffic starved poor little domains to them LOL

anyway i know from reading other peoples troubles that you can get when doing this wrong...

so how many days should i wait to tell my old host to shut them down after they are up with new host is 5 days cool ?

also can they run on two hosts ?

also when they are moved link admin from richards will be ordered thanks to uncle sam..
