![]() Recently had a discussion with a friend who's developing a paysite, which has semi-hardcore images on the first page of the tour. When I suggested that he should include a warning page he pointed out that a lot of pay sites no longer use them: twistys.com, for example, and free sites like sextube.com and many others go directly to the hard stuff.
I was always under the impression that if you used penetration images on tour page one, there should be a warning page, but I've been looking around and see that it's no longer de rigueur. What's the standard? Are warning pages now just a 'courtesy thing' with nothing to do with possible legal repurcussions? Or is this something my friend should be taking up with a lawyer? Comments appreciated, particularly from those of you who run paysites. |
