Anyone had any success getting paid from affiliate programs when below the min. threshold?

Since I don't work in adult anymore, I've been trying to get some affiliate accounts paid out with between $40 - 198 USD, when all minimum payments seem to be $200.

I have had a great reply from DogFart who were happy to send me a check. Winston from TripleXCash said he'd help me but has since not responded to any emails.

Does anyone have any tips for getting paid out the small amounts of money owed from affiliate programs that you will likely never promote again?

I was thinking of saying something like "I have a new plan in place that will generate us both millions of dollars in revenue, all you need do is pay me what you owe me first". But, I'm not really that kind of person. I wouldn't involve people who treat me like shit unless I mention money with any potential income earner. Also, it's a lie, but maybe there's a better way to get paid from these programs.

Any ideas?
