I have started a new TGP and just purchased some traffic for it and it has started to roll in. For the time being I have turned off the limit on the amount of galleries you can submit each day. I do ask that you don't submit sponsor's galleries or free hosted galleries. Just galleries you have designed yourself.

if you wouldl like your gallery to be listed in my picture top ten then email me a link to your image 100pixels tall and 65 pixels wide to be put in the list. I will also need the url to the gallery you created with the same content as the image you submitted. I will take 10 per day.
