Greenguy Jim Newsletter in html text

I've been getting your newsletter in my National Net web based email (squirel mail I think). Anyway, it's coming as HTML text (like if I did a view source on a webpage). Is there anyway to change my newletter settings to just text, or make the HTML show up like it should?

Also, why do some HTML based emails show up as text, and some as a "webpage"? I'm going to be starting mailings and want to figure it out.
