Wow I'm sore this morning. Went bike riding and then played volleyball for the first time in decades last night. It was a lot of fun but I'm hurting today.

My sleep pattern is back to being fucked up - I've been getting really tired early in the evening, sleeping til 1 or 2, up for a couple hours, then back to bed for a couple. Damn, I was getting used to sleeping for 7 or 8 straight hours

Nothing major planned for today - just a lot of linking...

Morning all.

I'm sore too Cleo, but from my Wii Active 2 workout yesterday, bent over rows, pushups, and straight arm planks have my middle back cramping. Can't wait until I build those muscles up enough they stop it, pain goes right through to my diaphragm and feels like stomach cramps.

Still in the 20's here this morning, but this is the last cool day, supposed to be up to 70 by Wed.

Just a day of porn planned.

It's salt water and alligators can't live in salt water. Crocodiles can live in salt water but I've never seen them in these waters. Besides lots of birds, crabs, spiders and snakes we sometimes see a manatee.

I spent the weekend at this holiday park with the GF and our son. We didn't take our laptops with us and since she's the only one with a smartphone I didn't go online for almost 72 hours. That was, well, strange.

Now it's time to do some online stuff and catch up with my silly facebook games.

Good late morning. Back from phx. Was one for the books. That's for sure. It really was good to see my brother in law doing better than he has been in years. He's put a good 50 or so pounds on from his way cracked/heroin days. Some good healing went on and seems like he is working the program.

He sounds like friends that have recovered now and been sober for years. Hopefully it can continue.

Time to get to more importing and watermarking. Then a ton of postings and setting up some new things. Also, going to sketch out a template for a mobile version of this one site. Have a good one everyone.

Good evening. Been a couple days since I've had the chance to come on and get work done. I have been having issues with FireFox running slow lately so I'm trying out Google Chrome and so far liking it. I'll see if it wins over my browser selection in a week or so. It's too early to tell as of now.
