They have the Internet on computers, now?

Adult World Media
OK before I start my little rant I do want to stress that this was just my own experience with Adult World Media and if you are happy with them keep using them.
So I had been promoting cjwrightxxx and I noticed one day that I was not getting credit for any traffic that I was sending to them. I knew I had been sending them traffic because I watch my traffic constantly and one of my galleries got listed with Pink World and I saw that the gallery had over 6k unique visitors but 0 clicks to cjwright. I know I am new to this but its no way in hell out of 6,000 people nobody clicked on the sponser. So immediately I thought that maybe I forgot to put in the correct affiliate ID so I checked a previous gallery that was listed with the Hun and the traffic was counted to see if the ID's matched and they did. So me being the calm person that I am I still just thought maybe it was a system problem and the click through stats were not updating. Well A day later I still am not seeing any traffic going to the sponser. So I sent a email asking why my hits were not counted and this is the response I got from Daniel Samir from Adult World Media: Hi, I could not find your affiliate ID among our affiliates. When did you signup to our affiliate program? The link is correct, but if you have signed up more than 2 weeks ago, you have signed up to our old account. Since then we have changed our CCBILL account, because of security bridge in the company. If this is the case please signup again here: http://adultworldmedia.com/oursites.html So now Im furious because they did not give any type of notification that they changed their account and basically just let people like me keep using the wrong codes so we dont get credit. I should have known something was up with that company when I sent them over 1000 uniques a week or so ago but did not get even 1 sign up. So now I dont want to work with them anymore but I have free sites made promoting their site and I dont want to take them down because Like I said earlier im a new webmaster and Im trying to build relationships with these link list owners so I dont want to be known for changing content after they approve my sites. So i had to just go ahead and sign up again and go change all the ID's on my sites and galleries so hopefully I can get something. |
