Need help on some coding in php plz!

Ok, i am writing some code for a paysite for http://www.blowjobdesires.com/join.html
i want it to do the same thing that this site does

If anyone can help me do this i'd appreciate it or tell me how i can do it in php i know how to code it but i don't know how to make it check and count that stuff in php thanks. Get back to me here or on icq at 237842929 or aim at nickopray thanks.
