Video Voyeurism - will it get banned?
Hi everyone!
I was watching CNN yesterday and I saw that the House passed a law making it illegal to be video taped calling it the "new frontier of stalking." http://www.cnn.com/2004/TECH/09/22/v....ap/index.html My question is such: 'how will this affect our industry?' As usual, thanks for your input! Pornrex |

I don't think it will effect us at all, and if it does I think it will be positive. Regardless of how content might be promoted, any professional would be reckless to use actual "hidden cams that the girls don't know about." You'd get your ass sued off. "Hidden cams" are a promotional tactic for an entertainment business, and anyone who's actually filming girls without their knowledge, consent, and proper model releases then publishing the films deserves whatever horrible fate the courts might dream up for them. Stupid is as stupid does.
If anything, perhaps the real life voyeurs will be more likely to turn to porn if penalties are stiffened. |

Yeah - this isn't going to effect legit webmasters. Anyone that's putting that kind of content online without documentation is a moron.
As long as they don't fuck with Mardi Gras & stuff like that, we'll be safe ![]() |
