help building new free hosted video sites

I am going to be building new free hosted video sites, I need your help deciding a few things:
- is one warning page, one enter page plus two video gallery pages good?
- is it best to feature one video's teaser clips or two (one per video gallery) or more?
- how long should the clips be and how many per gallery, ie, 10 seconds x 10 clips?
- I am assuming standard mpeg clips are best?
- any other advice to make this succeed?

From my end of this...
Warning, main, gallery1, gallery2 is fine... actually gallery1 is fine if done right, read on.
I removed time limits on clips because they still vary too much.
10 x ten second crappy clips is 100 seconds of crap.
4 x fifteen second good clips may be 60 seconds worth listing.
I've listed sites with only 2 x 20 clips, though with 2 galleries.
Then it comes to the content.
I, and I'm guessing most LL's, only need to list it once, and not for every webmaster on the planet.

I realize this doesn't really answer the question though...

1 - Warning page leads to main page leads to two gallery pages is always a good set up

2 - what you feature is really up to you, but try to keep it to the same niche - meaning don't put a blonde babe getting fucked up the ass in one & a black babe sucking black cock in the other.

3 - my rules is "Free sites with movies must have a minimum of 120 seconds worth of movies & the movies must be at least 10 seconds in length." & I think that's pretty common or similar to others.

4 - as long as I can get the movie to play on my system, the file type is not really important to me

Longer movies for free hosted sites is much better I think. Maybe 4 movies per gallery at 15 seconds each. You'd get 2 minutes overall that way.

I agree, I see a lot of movie sites submitted with 2 x 30 sec. clips per gallery (2 min. total), but I always wonder what that does to the dialup surfers for download and/or buffering time.

I'd also stay away from what some do, which is to have 2 or 3 clips of talking and shit before the model starts undressing. That's a sure way to lose a dialup surfer in a hurry, IMO

thanks for all the suggestions, I think I have it sussed now. fyi, i am using semi-exclusive content that I bought from worldwidecontent.com - so it won't be overused thats for certain, plus all clips in the hosted free sites will have the full version inside the members area!

btw, these guys have nice stuff for really good prices plus Mahoney & Don are awesome for support! Gotta thank them for all their help so far!
