Findpics.net: Another update on submissions

In order to keep submissions to a reasonable number, and to give everyone a chance to get listed, I have changed findpics.net to restrict the submissions accepted each hour. This change has cut down significantly on people abusing the form and has generally made the acceptance rates for sites higher.

Basically, the totally number of submits is limited each day, and they are spread out over the 24 hour period to allow webmasters from all times zones of the world to have an even chance to submit.

A very limited number of override submits will be made available in the near future. More to come.

Went to submit my site today and it said the max submission for this half hour had been reached, so I waited 30 minutes as the script stated, went to resubmit and then it said the max submission were reached for this hour try back in 59 minutes.

Didnt know if this is how you mean it to be or there is a little glitch so just wondering, but I was there there to submit right at the hour change.

That means that some people got in ahead of you... the number if actually pretty small (a few an hour) so it doesn't take long to fill out.

Thanks... I am really trying hard to keep the submits down to a reason level, and at the same time giving eveyrone a chance to get in there.
