Just letting people know that XXL-CASH is going the way of IBILL aparently.

Ever since January they have not made a payment to me. They owe me $350 and I've talked to Intel twice on ICQ. Both times he said the wire will be there or the check was in the mail. 7 months later it still isn't here.

I talked to the other people who no longer work there and they say that they are in bad shape and will not be paying webmasters. They are basically pocketing as much money as they can and then will close shop and there isn't shit anyone can do because the owners are in Russia.

If you are promoting them, I'd advise you to stop.

Intel has just paid me $150. CCBILL froze their account for chargebacks and refunds.

Would have been nice for them to put out a news bulletin on the website about that fact.
