Anyone know where i can find this?

I am looking for a htacess tester, a good one. Last week my htacess had issues with my freesites and some submits. I have to place this file back on the site. Anyone know where I can test to find out any issues with it? I would like to test a few things, hotlinking, deny languages, email scanning bots, ip blocking, and most of all a way to check that any of the sites I submit to will not get the bad bod issues i had last week. I have looked around an most sites seem to offer password testers or gens. Nothing on the level I would like. Thanks jugg
