Looking for link lists to add to my submit list

Hi folks

I usually submit to about 50-60 link lists but would not mind to add some more and see how it goes Just a few notes,
1- I won't submit to empty link lists. So if you're site is new and there is nothing in there then please don't bother to post, I won't mind if you have your cats filled with hosted free sites but I just don't like to submit to a totally empty link list
2- I won't add any new sites to my list if they are a few weeks/months behind reviewing and as a matter of fact I am removing some sites which I really didn't want to remove but I have no idea when was the last time I had a site listed there
3- I group the link lists based on traffic and some other factors so if you demand to be on the page with big boys then you are out of luck
4- Yahook and Co. please don't bother to post
