I run a very tight affiliate program. Very small. The idea is to keep it small so that it's profitable for all affiliates and so that there is not too much competition among the affiliates.

So far it's been great. I have one affiliate doing a few hundred sales a month.

Of course I also have a few others that haven't sent a single hit. It's time they give up their spot in the program to a few people that will actually take advantage of an exclusive opportunity such as this.
