You should definately be able to be listed and get partneraccounts with those free sites - of course I'm a bit biased since it's our sites you promote, however those sites have quite unique designs, so I would say go for it!

Mainly I speak about the headers/logos, it's not just text headers or a typical stereotype design with text graphics, but also text in different colors - You can speak about if you like them or not, but this guy clearly used some time doing these sites

I must admit that I don't look through many freesites myself anymore, so I hope it's not just another copy/paste?
