My submit forms not working

For anyone submitting sites to Sexy Smut Links and/or Click 4Sex Fun, I've just found out my forms are not working. I'm guessing this is due to my domains being moved to a new server (same host). It appears that the forms are working when you click "submit" but I'm not getting the submissions e-mailed to my admins.

If you submitted a site between 6-15-06 and today, I didn't get them! I'll post when things are fixed and my partners can resubmit. Sorry for the inconvenience.
