COLO-CATION and AWSTATS

Quick question:

Anyone knows what I have to do to start the awstats on COLO_CATION.
I set it up but I get 0 stats and this message: "Never updated (See 'Build/Update' on awstats_setup.html page)"
Also, how often are the stats updated?

If I need to set it up, where is the awstats_setup.html?

Stats on the virtuals run every morning at 7am EDT/EST.

Thanks for the info, I set it up yesterday, and nothig today.
I guess I will wait and see tomorow.

we rotated the logs and are running it right now just to make sure things show up correctly. I just checked and awstats did update.

For things like this, it is probably quicker to enter a trouble ticket or contact us through icq. I do see that you left a live support message, I am checking to see why that didn't open a ticket.
