A really good "kind of" documentary. The film maker hired investigators to find out who the raters are for the MPAA, the people that decide what rating a movie gets. These people are kept secret so they can't be influenced. Except, if your movie is anything other than independent, they help you through the rating system. Having an NC-17 is like the kiss of death for a movie since a lot of movie chains and outlets won't sell NC-17 movies. And, there is no promotion for an NC-17 movie.
The best part is after they find out who these people are and put them in the movie with names and other stats, the film maker then submits the movie for a rating.

It was censorship at it's best.
