Hi Guys and Gals

I am having a lot of trouble figuring out OpenAds and was hoping for some help for a dummy.

1. How the crap do You upload banners to the openads banner directory thingy.

2. When setting up a campaign how do You get to those banners and how do you add the linking codes

3. When setting up your campaigns do You do it by niche? (like Anal, Amateur, Teen etc.) or do You do it by sponsor?

I set mine up with campaigns as niches, then with sponsors under each niche.

I use HTML as the banner type. I create the ads (banner and text) in html, then paste that into OpenAds.

I also create a "publisher" for each niche. I use "Remote Invocation for Javascript", but instead of pasting the mass of code it generates into my pages, I create a page for each niche with the Javascript code and do a remote javascript call.

I'm actually using PhpAdsNew, but I think OpenAds is just what they're calling it these days.

Xallow I do not mean this in a nasty way but have you gone through the examples and manual they give you. As you are working your ass off I am wondering maybe not.
I installed the program when it was phpads and just jumped straight in and basically got nowhere with it. I recently installed the openads version and sat down and gave it the time it deserved.
If you are still stuck then even though I am in no way an expert but I am someone who has gone through all the stages you are going through and am happy to help if I can.

OpenAds is pretty confusing at first but it has tons on documentation.
I was wondering if using multiple invocation codes (I have 8 zones in some pages) slows things down much? I haven't noticed that but I have light traffic so I really wouldn't expect a problem yet.
