First XXX site, any tips or feedback would be great

This is my first xxx site: http://SkinShare.com,
Phase 1 - Basic layout and initial data loading.
Phase 2 - building a real spider and crawling pages is in testing.
Phase 3 - monetizing on keyword searches with niche content signups and building page rank.

Right now I'm pretty much just in final testing of Phase 2. Then it is on to Phase 3 which is my real weakness.

Any feedback or tips would be great, especially suggestions on how to convert money and traffic tips.

Number 1, lose the popup that says 18 years of age or older.

Otherwise I like it. Looks good. Thumb based with links is a nice site.

I don't see an add link button.....where are your listings coming from?

I wanted to make it automated, so it crawls link sites for links, checks out the page and the adds them automatically if there is no obvious malware. It would have took me forever took enter 400k links and thumbnails by hand

This site is pretty nice. I think I actually got a few hits from it the other day on one of my blogs and was like "wtf, where did that come from?"

As far as converting sales goes, I would try to implement some type of "Adwords" style system into it if possible. At first you could use keyword based ads to try and generate some sales for yourself and then later on if you got enough traffic you might be able to go further with it by adding PPC campaigns or stuff like that.

Traffic is obviously going to be your #1 issue, especially since it is your first site. You're gonna need to trade links with other webmasters, which I noticed you are doing now.

Although, having a min requirement of PR1 to add a link is kind of strange for a site like this. At this point you need all the traffic you can get. Just my opinion.
