Best is a subjective term. It really depends on what you're planning on doing with the traffic.

What, only four pop-ups? Believe it or not, most traffic brokers won't sell their traffic to a site with pop-ups.

Hi Toby,

I want to get my site a first boost.
I prefer brokers allowing pop-up/pop-unders/interstitals because i want to get some return to my investment.
