And again I ask generically, why is this the only place I can go to get any attention from a sponsor about an issue? Do none of 'em check their ICQ, web support areas, or email at all anymore? Seems that way. |

I'm always amazed at how many programs go almost completely silent during shows. All of these venues have Internet access so that's no excuse. How much time would it take for a quick reply to ICQ's that they'll be back in the office on...
ALSO... How 'bout a simple note in the affiliate support area about reps A, B & C being out of the office for a few days and who to contact in the interim with urgent issues. |

I'm not saying all reps are incommunicado, but the number of people posting on the boards that they can't get in contact with anyone always spikes whenever there is a show. The excuse is always, well they're at the show. I'm not buying that as a valid excuse. |
