Are There Blacklists?

Are there any actual blacklists of scammers and thieves that anyone has made up and are circulated in the Industry so that we can have some idea of who is likely to rip us off? I heard of one a while back about Link List scammers but haven't actually seen it. I think they would have to be very carefully done, but there seems to be so many thieves nowadays they might be beneficial.

I'm beginning to think it might be easier to have a list of trustworthy webmasters.... it would be alot shorter to read

Heres one.

http://www.tgpcheaters.com

Also, findtrades.com has a feature where you can search for sites that have gotten complaints and are "blacklisted".
