Blogging Question
This may belong in the blogging section but I figured it would be more of a stupid question then anything!
I run a free adult tube site and someone told me, if I setup a blog, and blog about my site this will be better for SE and traffic. Is this true? |

Oh no, I'm sweating like Roger Ebert

I wouldn't blog about my tube, I'd embed videos from my tube into my blog posts and blog about whatever the video is about and yes that will help with both, to some degree.

So basically, blog about the videos and embed them but don't actually relate the tube site with the blog site?

Ahhh ... sweet pity. Where would my love life be without it?
|
Why someone should send the quality traffic from the blogs and turn into shit on a tube ?

With what I suggested your not sending traffic to the tube, your simply using the same content in multiple places and it's content that you control. |

I use one blog to blog about sponsor videos, using the sponsors embedded video.
Now you could put a blog on the same domain as the tube and include videos from the tube in blog post and sorround them with ads. That might help for SEO and keep people away from your crap load of free content. I think a tube site as the back-end for a blog might be pretty cool.
