... about making a page with softcore "teen" in teasing set and putting (best would be animated) hardcore banners with text links like "want to see this cutie double drilled" ... do you think such thing should work ?

As im thinking about myself it would for me...

That's a very common practice for advertising - especially by those that do not want hardcore on their galleries or free sites.
