get the rights of a name..or how you name it!

Oke where do i go to get the rights of some name....i am sorry but i cant get on the right word right now, (thats because i am on the net since 5.30 my times this morning and its now 11.35 evening here) i know there is a place and if you want the right on some words for a domain you have to get there........oh gawd i hope i make sence now!!! Who can help me out!!

oh btw i dont drink, read my line under my nick, netherlands where the grass is legal and the hookers pay taxes, just for sure, i dont smoke grass(i smoke barclay) and i am not a hooker

ahhhhhhhhh with readin an other post it will be how do i get the copyright on some domains!!! Now will that help to give me an answer? i know i write chineze when i am still late on the net.........i do apoligize for that!
