First of all I want to thank you for watching over my website and analyze it.

You reject it with reason: That's Not A Link List Free Site

Because I want to do the things very well and not disturb you with bad Sites, I've looked at http://www.link-o-rama.com/greenguy/rejected.htm but I didn't find any explanation.
From the rules I understand that the site IS a Link List Free Site, but probably I didn't understand so well.

Can you explain for me (and maybe for others) the real things, because I don't want to make the same mistake again.

That reason says:
This is a Link List that lists Free Sites (see Rule #1)...

That link goes to the rules page, where #1 says:
1 - I only list Free Sites (warning page leads to main page leads to gallery pages)

I put the part you need to read in bold

From what I see, you sent me a warning page & a gallery.

This was my very first "free site" and for this reason I want to understand the rules better. At first look, the site is free (not paid), but clearly I should respect that rules.
Now (I think that) I understand how to do it.
Soon I'll send another one which will be more better.

To be sincerely I've found a lot of mistakes.
1. Structure is wrong (reason which the site was rejected)
2. Some recips was misspelling (thanks LeRoy)
3. At gallery, images don't have thumbnails.
4. Title have more than 5 words (it is true that must be 2-5 words?)

There's any rule for how many words/characters for description?

Also:
1 - 33 pics is WAY too many for 1 page
2 - Put the Link List's name in the recip text - otherwise, it's technically a blind link
3 - You have to work on your grammar:
"He just woke up from coma and understand the reason of survive"
The part in bold is really bad. Maybe something like "...and now understands the reason to survive" (but even that is kinda crappy)
4 - Technically, those pics are vid caps, which I usually don't allow in the open submits, but I can look the other way on that because they are good quality.
5 - You might want to look into using more sales text, pushing the paysite, describing what you'll find, the benefits, etc. But, it is good that you're using the video description on the pages

6 - Have your host block access to any directories that don't have an index file:

I also REALLY like that you're using the RTA Label & meta tag

I can see some steady improvement here. English is one of the hardest languages to learn, and there are a lot of native speakers that still make mistakes. Please don't ever be afraid to ask for help in writing better descriptions. You can always pm me or email me for help and I will do my best.

Some of the color choices left my eyes begging for a break. Bright red on medium grey is hard to read. The bright neon colors take your visitor's attention away from the pictures you are trying to show off.

If you are submitting a single page gallery, some say are best holding the number at 16 to 20 maximum. You can make 2 good galleries from some of the ones you have been submitting. You can also make a free site by using 10 to 12 on a page. And why should you do this? You get more of a chance to add a nice bit of text or more banners.

One huge tip I can give you is to spend more time looking than submitting at first. Visit the sites you plan on submitting to and look around. Click on several sites to see what is being accepted - how are the sites built? How many pictures per page? Most of the sites you are submitting to follow the same guidelines, and most are on this board. Quite a few of us also build free sites as well.
