Do You Think (or Know) If Too Many "nofollow" Links Hurts A Page?
As I continue The Gutting Of LOR, I'm going to be adding a lot of ads that would have been "nofollow" links to affiliate programs, but instead, they will be normal links to my Custom AEBN Theaters, because I DO want those links to be "followed" by the SE spiders.
So I was wondering if anyone thinks/knows if having a lot of "nofollow" links on a page is bad? If so, what's the number/percent? |

I think, that this style of thinking belong to the old school.

I believe, and this goes back years now, that the nofollow did more to hurt than help if you used it a lot, like saying look at all the crap/paid/not sure stuff I link to.
Search "Matt Cutts nofollow" for some interesting articles from 09 to 13. |

Nofollow tag does not move any value to the linked page, is also treated as any other link on your page.
In my opinion take the tag down for those aebn theaters, but I think that it does not matter since google treats aff links as spam. 2c |

Oh, I'm not using the nofollow tag on any of the AEBN Theater Links. And, if it's from the actual domain, like Anal Sex Fest linking to Anal Sex Fest VOD, I don't use the "external" tag either. Which is nice, because, especially on the Greenguy On Demand site, I'm actually seeing some SE traffic to the theater
