Good Friday

1st Fantasy Hockey Draft of the season was last night & I had a Fantasy First happen: I had a guy QUIT during the draft! He was having tech problems on his end & didn't end up logging into the draft until the 5th round. And seeing as he was VERY upset with his team's 1st 4 Auto Draft picks, he decided he was OUT! You try to anticipate every potential problem when you run a Fantasy Hockey/Football League, but some things just pop up out of the blue

Working now, then I need to go see the chiropractor for the 3rd time this week. Somewhere in there, I want to squeeze in some GTAV

I've read many times that sitting in front of the computer all day is bad for your health and now I have proof. After sitting for hours, even with my leg elevated on my desk, I'll loose the pulse in my bad foot. But after walking around for a bit the pulse will return, although far from normal.

Just a day of work planned. Foxy's updates, graphics for mailings, try to collect money from some past due accounts.

Watched Iron Man 3 last night. Tottally ridiculous but entertaining.

I think I need a vacation.

Well, the restore of my client sites has been one big cluster fuck.

I am still working on it. Three backups of one site failed or were infected and the last backup over wrote another site! I will never be able to bill the clients for all the time I've spent. So, I journey on but fuck it I am going to take a nap right now.

Working all day and then catching up with Copper and Broadchurch on the dvr.

Not sure I want a treadmill desk but a did see a ipad holding boom arm that caught my eye (since I already have the treadmill) to hold in front of me walking while checking email, the board and facebook.

I use to work at an exporting wharehouse and had a stand up desk and tall chair. I remember enjoying having the option of sitting or standing behind the computer and have considered this. Now if sales would pick up again.

Today is newsletter day so I'll be doing that for the next few hours.

I watched Iron Man 3 night before last and thought they could have called it Iron MEN to be more accurate. Damn that dude had a lot of suits. Ridiculous but entertaining does describe it too.

Cleo - regarding the treadmill desk idea, one thing you might want to consider is starting with a manual treadmill. I got the Stamina InMotion II from Amazon for around $150 delivered. The good thing is that you can just stop walking and it stops moving. So if you use it with a bare bones stand-up desk you won't have to worry about getting distracted by something you're working on and having your feet pulled out from under you (like all those people in YouTube videos).

If I'm going to peddle something ut has to be outdoors on a real bike.

I'm a treadmill snob. Until last month when the renovated the LA Fitness that is 1.5 miles from the house I would drive 8 miles to another LA Fitness because they had better treadmills.
