Would this be a way to get listed?

I didn't install a warning page on the root because initially I wasn't quite sure what the site was gonna be, but after working on it, I think I might have a shot on gettin it listed on LL's.

Now, the site has a PR6 on its index page, which I would like to maintain. Also, hundreds of sub-pages link to the index.html.

Would it be an option to have LL's link to a seperate warning.html (including recips) and then put up a link back on the left side under the navigation across all pages? It's easy for me to change across all pages because I am SSI'ing a txt file.

Let me know if it's worth the effort.
