Morning.
I've got two small things to do and then I think I will fuck off for the rest of the day. I've been getting occasional exercise on my elliptical but I really need to go outside and go for a long walk. My brother's grave is about a 40 minute walk from my house so I might do that. I can tell him he might be getting company. [That's dark!] Oh yeah, I might have coffee with my BIL. I told him we could park our cars and roll down the windows and chat for a while. He's not liking this social distancing stuff so it will help. <rant> Finally, I've decided that COVID is not a disease for dumb people. I can't get over the number of idiots who are still arguing that it's no worse than the flu. They must have missed the class in school where they taught exponents and can still not comprehend it today. The number of people dying is doubling at a faster and faster rate. How can you not understand that you fucking morons? Not to mention that it's 10x as lethal. I leave you with wise words from John Cleese ... </rant> Share this with any people who use the "It's just the flu argument". Exponents explained. That's it for now. this staying home, getting sick (it was probably not corona) sure took its toll. I've been in a really deep funk for over a week, but I'm slowly getting better and back on my feet. I hope y'all is well and fit. I also noticed that you were down to the promised "almost zero" in the foreseen timespan of 14 days. I'm sorry, but I just can't grasp the thing going on.  and Boris and all the shit going on elsewhere too is good, I wonder where I'd been without her, I have to take long walks every day. I mean, I couldn't possibly have been deeper than the shit I managed to get into, last weekend ...Stay safe   |
